Heading up Townsend's operations in the Middle East are Dr. Raed AlZubi and Waleed Khaled.  An accomplished industry professional, Dr. AlZubi has served as Board Director, CEO, and other senior leadership roles in a number of medium- to large-scale industrial manufacturing organizations in both regional (Middle East/GCC) and international settings.  Dr. AlZubi also serves on the Executive Board of the global Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) as President for the 2017/2018 term.  An accomplished speaker on the Plastics and wider Industrial Manufacturing industries, Dr., AlZubi holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on manufacturing.

 Furthermore, polymer marketing expert Sunil Sharma will head up Townsend’s operations in India.  With over 38 years of managerial experience across petrochemicals, chemicals and masterbatches, Mr. Sharma was most recently responsible for polymer marketing at Oman's national refining and petrochemicals company (Orpic), and brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience in the practical execution of strategy, pricing, distribution, logistics and global sales.  Mr. Sharma is also a leading authority on the growing popularity of electric vehicles in India, and an active contributor on Quora.
